Biobeurs 2026 returns to Apeldoorn
Just a stone’s throw from the former Amerikahal, where the very first edition took place. The Biobeurs brings together the organic chain, knowledge and inspiration: this time with renewed energy.
Strong collaboration within the organic sector
Biobeurs 2026 is organized by Conexpo, in cooperation with Bionext and Libéma. The fair is supported by Bionext’s member associations: BioNederland, Biohuis and the Biowinkelvereniging. Together, they aim to once again make the fair the central meeting point for the entire organic chain. From producers and traders to researchers, policymakers and retailers—everyone active in or interested in organic business will find inspiration, knowledge and new opportunities here. According to Frank Duller of Conexpo, the strength of Biobeurs lies in this connection: ''We’re returning to the place where it all began—literally and figuratively. The organic sector is evolving rapidly, and now more than ever there’s a need for a central meeting place where producers, trade, retail, policy and knowledge come together. Biobeurs 2026 aims to fulfill that role once again.”
A fair of vitality, knowledge and innovation
Omnisport Apeldoorn provides the ideal setting for the renewed Biobeurs. Centrally located, easily accessible and designed for meeting, inspiration and knowledge exchange. ''With this new central location in the Netherlands—Omnisport—and a fresh, future-oriented approach, Biobeurs gains an energy that matches the vitality of the organic sector. It’s the place where the entire chain—from grower to (organic) retailer, from research to policy—comes together to collaborate on innovation, knowledge sharing and growth,”
says Jan Groen, Chairman of Bionext.
On the exhibition floor, visitors can discover the latest organic products from leading brands, trading partners and innovators in the sector. The new Vitality Plaza will spotlight healthy food, exercise and lifestyle, while the knowledge program focuses on key topics such as soil quality, biodiversity, short supply chains and market development.
The meeting place for the organic sector
Biobeurs 2026 brings together all links in the organic chain, from farm to shop floor. In addition to food, attention will be given to cultivation, certification, trade, research and education. This makes the fair once again the complete platform for meeting, innovation and knowledge exchange within the sector.
For companies and organizations, participation offers a strategic opportunity to increase visibility, establish new collaborations and share knowledge across the chain. In a sector that continues to grow and professionalize, the fair provides valuable insights and networking opportunities that extend well beyond individual businesses.
